Mortgage Broker

As an experienced mortgage broker, Urszula understands there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to borrowing. Instead, she emphasises the importance of making sure a loan is the right fit for each individual client. ‘The product chosen should align with their present circumstances, and also be able to meet their objectives and goals for the future,’ she says.

She achieves this through attentive service – getting to know her clients, listening to what they need, and applying her expertise to identify a solution to address those needs. ‘With my extensive experience in the banking and finance industry, I have an in-depth knowledge of not only lending products but which solutions can complement a client’s particular requirements.’

Urszula is committed to ensuring her clients enjoy a simple, straightforward borrowing experience. ‘My aim is to eliminate any stress and hassle in finding the right lending solution,’ she says. ‘I also have a strong belief that great communication is the key to a successful outcome. I make sure that my clients are always responded to and are kept up to date during the entire process.’

Prior to becoming a mortgage broker, Urszula worked at a big-four bank for 15 years in the residential and commercial lending space, and she specialises in sourcing finance for first-time home buyers, residential mortgages, investment mortgages, refinances, car loans and commercial mortgages.

She is fully mobile and available to assist clients across the Greater Perth area, with a focus on the coastal region (north of the river).

David began his mortgage broking career in 2003 after 10 years with GIO Australia.

With 20-plus years experience in the finance and insurance industries, coupled with a Bachelor of Business Degree and associated qualifications, David is well suited to assist a wide range of clients, from first homebuyers through to sophisticated investors. He knows the importance of developing long term relationships as well as providing strategies to help create security, wealth and protecting valuable assets.

David’s commitment to providing the best service to his clients is an important foundation to his work ethic which is why his clients refer their friend’s family and colleagues for all their lending needs. 

David’s client list goes well beyond the Perth metro area, extending from Cottesloe to Karratha, Injidup to Indonesia, Sydney to Singapore and Dunsborough to Dubai.
