We have had warren help us with a couple of our investment properties now, and have been nothing but happy with everything he has provided and all the information he has given us upon request.

I really liked how Warren communicated in language I could understand as he knew that I was a first home buyer. He answered all my questions, even if they were silly or he had already told me that information. He was always happy to help. I am very grateful for his help.

Warren was fantastic. I would contact him after hours and he would always promptly return my calls or texts. As first home buyers, it was a process of learning as you go but with after our first meeting with Warren I felt empowered to make key decisions towards a home purchase straightaway. warren was put out from the start with our estate agent. we seemed to have to push for answers all the way through.we felt like we did something wrong.we dont buy houses all the time and needed his experience.my wife wouldnt call him in the end i had to frm work. the bank conntected us about final loan documents with no guidence from warren on witch would be best for us.our connvencer blamed warren for loan structure short falls,warren when asked blamed her. we were left in the middle trying to fix and repair everything.when contacted directly warren would explain his actions atleast, though we felt like it was just "hey thats your bad luck"

We have used Warren for two investment home laons already and will be using Warren for our third later this year. The flexible times and home visits assit us greatly with two very young children. Warren is located at our accountants office so they work together at times and this for us was a big bonus.

We were not informed beforehand what paper work would be needed, id, statements etc. so spent a lot of time running around looking for them during the meeting. Also we were not asked some critical questions while calculating the figures such as any credit
I Liked that in organising my load the consultant was readily available to answer any of my questions & queries. He was both friendly and prompt and answered my questions in simple format with no jargan that some consultants use.

Warren Percival was always available to me and extremely professional - responding to questions or concerns that I had usually on the same day or within hours thereof.
I was satisfied with the service but would not choose to use this method again. I believe I can work this out for myself. Using an agent saved me time in investigating.
