Max O'Sullivan is the director and head mortgage broker at Mortgage Choice Port Melbourne. With extensive industry experience and expertise in residential and commercial lending, Max is able to efficiently navigate the complexities of the mortgage market and tailor solutions to meet the individual circumstances of his clients.

A specialist in finding suitable finance solutions for self-employed borrowers with complete business structures, Max brings valuable insight gained from managing his own family business for several years. With a career in banking and finance spanning more than 25 years, Sharon Lee offers her clients an expert and professional mortgage finance service. Sharon Lee’s commitment to providing the very best service to her clients is an important foundation of her work ethic.

“I want to take the hassle out of the whole process of dealing with lenders for my clients,” Sharon explains. “I’ve now been working as a mortgage broker for over 20 years – and I genuinely love my job. I get so much satisfaction from being able to use my experience to help people, and the feedback I get from my clients makes it all worthwhile!”

The breadth of Sharon’s knowledge and skill in the banking and finance industry makes her well-suited to assist a wide range of clients – from first homebuyers through to experienced investors. Before becoming a mortgage broker in 2000, Sharon spent 12 years working with National Mutual Royal Bank and ANZ. She has a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours, a Certificate IV in Financial Services and is also an Associate Member of the Mortgage Finance Association of Australia.

Sarah is our Client Service Manager and works closely with Max and Sharon from loan application until settlement to achieve quick response times and efficient management of client loan applications. 

Merideth Lee is our Broker Super. She has 10 years of experience as a solicitor in one of Melbourne’s leading law firms, as well as experience in administration, marketing and client-service roles. Her exceptional organisational skills help to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
