My experience was a total disappointment. It took 3 long, exhausting months of endless phone calls chasing up my Mortgage Broker regarding my loan. Borrowing for the loan was never the problem, it was the Mortgage Broker herself...UNRELIABLE!

My advisor Siobhan did a very good job under the circumstances of the covid 19 pandemic, where many circumstance of everyone working from home and various difficulties arose between myself, the broker and the bank. In the end it all worked out Fine.

Siobhan made the entire process of changing banks easy and simple. There was a delay with the transfer occurring and Siobhan handled the matter promptly and professionally. Great personal service making the entire process simple from my perspective.
Siobahn was excellent!! Never failed to please us. It took my partner and I around 6 months until we were ready to get into the market. Siobhan was ALWAYS on call and was ALWAYS more than happy to answer any of our questions. We are now in our home and she has called a few times just to check how we are travelling with repayments ect. We also have a meeting this week to get life insurance set up! Fantastic adviser!

While our adviser was always helpful and courteous each time she was contacted by me, she had a habit of saying she would ring me back later but failed to do so the majority of times. This left my wife and I podering as to what was actually going on.
