Michael is highly experienced in all aspects of home and investment lending. He provides a complete end-to-end service, with a focus on helping each customer achieve their financial objectives.

‘I have been a mortgage broker for over 18 years and enjoy the industry immensely,’ he says. ‘As a home loan specialist, I assist my clients with finding the most appropriate home loan available to suit their needs. I can also guide them through the process of securing finance for property investment portfolios.’

Michael was born in Ireland, raised in England, and has called Australia home since 1988. ‘My clients are diverse in nature and come from all over the world. Over the course of my career I have helped people from all walks of life achieve positive outcomes, including first home buyers, upgraders/downgraders, refinancers and residential investors.’

Taking a strategic approach, Michael’s ultimate aim is to help his clients make smart lending decisions that will put them on the road to long-term financial success. ‘I am passionate about educating my customers on the possibilities of wealth creation, using their homes to finance their future lifestyle and eventually their retirement,’ he says.

Bornface Mukundu is a qualified and experienced mortgage broker who is passionate about helping his clients achieve their financial goals, whether it be buying their first home, upgrading to a bigger home or restructuring their finances.

Results-focused and with strong attention to detail, Bornface’s client-centric approach is informed by his previous career in the customer service industry. ‘A large part of my role is understanding my customers’ objectives, and identifying and exceeding their needs by providing in-depth advice and service,’ he explains.

With an extensive knowledge of a broad range of loan products and policies available on the market, Bornface is committed to sharing his expertise with his customers to support their decision-making and help them achieve their financial dreams. ‘I work closely with every client to provide practical and tailored mortgage and lending solutions that are appropriate for their own personal circumstances,’ he says.

Bornface’s industry experience is backed by a suite of high-level qualifications, including a Bachelor of Science Honours in Economics (University of Zimbabwe), Masters in Applied Finance (Victoria University of Wellington) and Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management (AAMC Training Group).

Bornface specialises in assisting with all types of loans including home loans, investment loans, construction and renovation, and asset finance.
