Chris Iannello worked TIRELESSLY to assist us with establishing a loan with the Comm bank. My own personal circumstances made Chris' job that much harder. This deal was approximately seven months in the making, but he fought for us, got it through and saved us hundreds of dollars per month on loan repayments by getting us a MUCH better rate. Chris was amazing to deal with and kept us up to date every step of the way. Chris' persistence and caring for his clients is what makes him a stand out broker. I have a career in real estate, have already referred two people to Chris and will continue to do so.

Chris was fantastic, he answered all my questions and gave me very good advice. He spoke in plain and simple terms so I could understand exactly what was going on with the whole process of getting a mortgage from start to finish. He contacts me regularly via smart line to check to see if I need any advice and lets me know about interest rate changes immediately, and how it will affect my mortgage payments.

Follow up perhaps three months later especiallly if rates have risen substantially so maybe reassess or if other loans have become available that help control the increasing rate hike.
