Dwight wad prompt in answering all my queries. He always had the best option available meet mt criteria. He was patient in my loan process and was always helped me to get the best outcome.
Dwight is awesome. He is extremely supportive and it has been an immense pleasure dealing with him. He was supportive in each step, helped us go through everything step by step with his full support and even during his holidays he was available for us. It was our first mortgage but he made it so simple and the experience was amazing. He is a great guy to deal with and I would certainly without a doubt recommend him to anyone.

Easy to approach
We first met Dwight Andrews a few years ago when we considered moving house. Close friends had used Smartline and recommended we talk to Dwight because he had made their dreams become a reality. We ended up staying in our current house but wanted to refinance and make considerable improvements. Dwight delivered a comprehensive set of options and guided us through the process. He was very professional and kept us in the loop when any small changes were required. We will continue to use his services and have already recommended others call him for their needs. Although it was a huge decision to change banks and swap loans, we feel comfortable that we were in good hands with Dwight and his team. We couldn't speak more highly of Dwight and Smartline. I was a first home buyer and at the beginning of the process was really overwhelmed just thinking about everything that I had to do. Dwight was really helpful and made the process really relatively smooth given the circumstances (complicated finances, limited time for settlement). He was very approachable, answered any questions and got everything done in a timely manner.
Dwight did a great job of assisting us with our recent property purchase and re- finance. Dwight was also able to negotiate down a rate increase which occurred on settlement day. Well done!

Dwight has been fantastic. We have two construction loans, plus re-structuring of existing loans, and he has been on the ball since day 1. There have been several issues with the bank not being prompt with progress payments to our builder, and he has followed up, to ensure things are fixed. We are most impressed.
Mmmm, what a breath of real fresh air it was to get together with Dwight. We had tried for 12 months with the banks to sort our situation, and really got the "raw prawn" due to being on the disability pension. Dwight sorted the situation very quickly, quietly and efficiently. Communication was awesome. Everything flowed, almost too well compared to the previous 12 months. There were some small issues as there always is, but sorting was easy, as the required information was readily available from Dwight.

I have tried many brokers and none have been able to assist in half of the professional manner or get any results as Dwight was able to. Very helpful - was able to show use the selling history of the property which helped us decide on an offering price. Also worked with the bank to solve issues due to our present remote living location and mix-up with postal addresses.
When I had trouble with the conveyancer and her not answering my questions, I asked Dwight and he was able to tell me the information I needed in layman's terms. He even called me to congratulate me on getting my loan !

I previously had Dwight arrange my home loan when I was building back in 2007 at that time he was with another company.
