David Boylan has a wealth of experience covering all aspects of lending, gleaned from more than 23 years at one of Australia’s leading banks.

“It’s important that my clients understand the entire loan process. And it’s even more important to have constant communication along the way from your broker so you really know where your loan is at. Especially because a home loan is such a large and important financial commitment,” David says.
Whilst David’s clients include investors, people trading up on existing property and renovators – he admits he gets extra satisfaction from sourcing mortgages for first home buyers.
“There is something incredibly special about being able to let a first home buyer know their loan has been approved – especially after you have helped to guide them along the path to the approval,” he adds.
David’s mortgage broking business is based in Ascot Vale, however he is fully mobile and services all areas including but not limited to Moonee Ponds, Flemington and Essendon and can visit you outside of working hours in the comfort of your own home.
