Eileen brings honesty and integrity to every client relationship. A true ‘people person’, she is passionate about seeing her clients achieve their financial and property ownership goals.
‘I am driven to find the right solutions for my clients,’ she says. ‘That solution is never simply the “easiest” option for myself as a broker – it is always the result of careful comparison and consideration.’
Eileen draws on her substantial knowledge of the lending market to identify loans with features and benefits that align best with each client’s individual circumstances, before offering targeted, insightful advice to help them make educated decisions. ‘To achieve positive outcomes, it is essential to have a good lender spread and offer clients true lender product comparisons,’ she says. ‘Importantly, I do not have any alliance to any particular lender. I act, 100 per cent, in my client’s best interest in relation to lender interest rates, fees and loan options.’
Her underpinning ethics mean that clients also always know exactly where they stand in terms of the amount they will be able to sustainably borrow. ‘I am upfront and honest with my clients from the very beginning of the loan scenario/application process, telling them exactly what they can or cannot achieve in regards to their borrowing ability and/or their particular lending scenario.’
Eileen prides herself on her attention to detail and personal approach, and once a loan application is in progress, she maintains regular contact and liaises with the real estate and settlement agents to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Eileen is an NZ ex-pat who began her career at Westpac Banking Corporation, where she worked for 18 years. She became a mortgage broker in 2002. Throughout her career, Eileen’s dedication and commitment have formed the foundation of strong client partnerships and much of her work comes via referrals.
Specialising in home loans, investment loans, and small business loans, Eileen recently relocated from Perth to Kalgoorlie and continues to work with clients from both areas. ‘In Perth my focus is Victoria Park; and I am mobile across Kalgoorlie/Boulder/Kambalda/Coolgardie and the surrounding area.’ She can also conduct interviews via videoconferencing for clients in remote areas.
