Always available to talk to when needed
Over a extremely frustrating period of almost 12 months of negotiating with our (now previous) bank & other advisers, our Smartline advisor listened to us, understood our circumstances and gave clear, concise and honest advise, in a very timely manner.
It was a breath of fresh air.
When is comes to mortgage advice, you don't get much better than Jason. The genuine care and time he had for us was first class and was contactable daily. He created a relaxed experience and took the stress out of obtaining relevant approvals all the way through to settlement. I strongly recommend Jason to a number of my own clients and family or friends.

He help us achieve the purchase of a home we could have only dreamed of, well within our level of affordability, even if rates rise in future.

Jason at Smartline is not only the best Mortgage Broker in SA, he's a damn good bloke too. My Fiancé and i recently purchased our first home together and it quite simply wouldn't have happened without Jason's knowledge, attention to detail and general interest in his clients needs.

Our experience working with Jason has always been brilliant,
However I am disappointed in your evaluation procedure as it is unclear and misleading.
I\'m assuming the rating scale above means 1 is not good and 10 is the best? By not explaining the direction of the rating scale and then putting the 10 in the box upfront, people are led to the conclusion your company wants (people don\'t have to do anything for your advisors to get a 10). Such leading assumptions create a bias in the data and which renders it meaningless for research purposes. In other words it may not reflect the client\'s true feelings.
I don\'t think there is any need to do this. If people chose to fill in the evaluation it is because they want to rate their agent anyway. It would also be meaningful to look at when clients are not willing to fill in the evaluation because that could be negative feedback about their agent.

Jason has been fantastic from the beginning, in determining our needs, making the loan application and following up after settlement to ensure that our lender has provided the services we require. I only wish that I knew years ago, that providers like Smart-line could provide a personalised service and beat the big banks for rates.
Jason provided me with helpful advice in relation to the most suitable loan for my circumstances and responded to my queries in a timely manner and was always contactable during the loan process.
