I am so glad a friend recommended Kylie to me. Without her there is no way I would be writing this from our new house. My previous broker had told us no bank would consider us for a loan due to myself being on maternity leave and my husband changing jobs. Everyone seems to have a broker they recommend and initially I followed one of those recommendations. Hard to contact, slow to respond and very vague with advice.
I changed advisors and decided to go with Nicole. To say exceeded expectations is an understatement. Easily contactable, gave me multiple options with lenders and advised me on which was going to be best to suit my needs.
Gave me updates on rate changes and advised me on locking in interest rates.
Nicole went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations by far. She also followed the process right through to settlement and checked in to see how the move went. Excellent service.

Kylie and the team at the Vic Park location went above and beyond. They personally went and deposited money into my bank to make sure settlement went though with out any issues and always kept me updated and in the loop with all information. Would 100% recommend to anyone for a stress free experience.
