She works with a particular focus on home and investment property lending, providing expert advice informed by her extensive personal and professional experience as a borrower and a lender.
‘I have purchased my own home and investment properties so I understand the journey of buying a property,’ she says. ‘After working in the banking and financial services sector for 26 years, I also have the ability to be a financial problem-solver and reduce the stress associated with these purchases. By making the complex simple for my clients, I guide them through the process.’
Naz has great communication skills, an empathetic approach, and an in-depth knowledge of the various lending structures and policies. Once she has a clear understanding of her client’s objectives, she is able to plan a lending solution that is tailored to their needs. ‘Ultimately, my goal is to provide a personalised service to my clients so they can make an educated decision when it comes to financing for a property.’
Tech savvy and with great attention to detail, Naz is a skilled multi-tasker and efficiently oversees her clients’ applications, keeping them informed throughout the process.
Naz’s credentials include a Masters in Business Management from Federation University, a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management, and she is also a certified neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) practitioner.
Throughout her career, Naz has helped people from all walks of life to achieve their property ownership dreams, with experience in leading retail, home lending, SME and FX businesses. Prior to becoming a mortgage brokers she was a high-performing executive at NAB, where her commitment to customer service and professional capabilities saw her win the NAB National and State Award a number of times.
As well as offering expertise in home and investment lending, Naz can assist small to medium sized businesses with finance, and can advise on and arrange asset finance and car loans. She offers mobile service around the Hills and greater areas of Sydney.
