We are so grateful to Phillip for his hard work and dedication, which has enabled us to buy our first home. Phillip worked around the clock to answer our questions and follow things up for us,and has made the whole process so breezy and fast, he handled everything for us, making it all so easy and simple to understand! We don't know how we would have gotten through this process without him, and we are so glad we got to embark on this journey with him. Phillip was always available and was able to facilitae the best possible solution to our home loan requirements. it was a relief to not have to deal with banks direct and have constant guidance through the mortgage process.
I don't think we could have managed our recent bank transfer and refinance process without Phillip's support and he has been excellent to deal with from the start, even when we encountered some credit card issues we felt he really 'had our back' and was diligent in sorting out the bank's mistake. Would definately recommend his services.

Phil was awesome and I wish he was also a financial planner too cos I would definitely be contacting him on a regular basis ?? I actually miss talking to him cos he was so approachable kind considerate and very knowledgable. We had gone to two other people before Phil and I liked him as soon as he started talking. Phil didn't treat us like a number and actually cared I like that :) no question was a silly question and even answered his phone at 9pm when I was having a panic attack with the bidding war. I was buying my first home and Phil was recommended to my by a close friend. He made what could have been a very stressful process extremely easy. He was always available to answer any questions I had and also assisted in finding a conveyancer to help with my settlement. The fact that I live in Geelong and work in Melbourne, makes it extremely difficult for me to organise appointments regarding my loan forms, etc. Phillip goes the extra mile to ensure documents are dropped to me so I can go through them when I get home nad he comes out himself to pick them up. That's damn good service!
Phil exceeded our expectations. He kept us informed throughout the process, and as we had a bad experience with a previous lender dealing with exit fees, Phil understood our concerns and fully explained everything including any fees and charges. He even went so far as to draft a letter for us to our previous lender complaining about how we had been treated. I have already spoken to my friends and work colleauges about the exceptional service we received

I would have to say that the service I received was excellent. Phillip always answered all of my questions via emails and telephone calls with quick prompt responses and with answers that I was able to understand. For me he was informative and the guidance that I required was great, I was into this not really know anything at all and felt very relaxed once the processed started and he was there to answer everything and anything throughout the whole processes. Excellent service and I would recommend him to everyone.
