Grant was fantasitc. he took the time to explain our options clearly and offered practical advice that has made a real difference to our cashflow. What impressed me the most was the fact that after reviewing our current lending arragements he recommended we stay with our lender resulting in no comission for him.

What more could you want, a very experienced and knowledgeable adviser, visiting us in the comfort of our own home, speaking about all of the option available to us, and ensuring that all our question were answered . Once we had decided on how we were to proceeed, the whole thing was smooth sailing fom start to finish. Grant was alway available to take my calls if I had any queries or concerns and I immediately felt at ease once I had spoken to him.
Would have liked a little more assistance with the mortgage signing process. The bank were hopeless and couldn't tell me what I was signing. They referred me to the mortgage broker, even thogh it was their documentation. Rather than being told just to sign everything I would have liked to have known exactly what I was signing. Otherwise the service was very good.
Grant was very professional and easy to deal with. We appreciated that he came to our house after hours and has provided invaluable advice. Jodie has also been very helpful and followed up on queries we have had.
We had some issues along the way, relating to problems with our conveyancer. Grant and his assistant Jodie were both fantastic with helping us to sort this out, going over and above what I feel is expected of them as a mortgage adviser.

A checklist supplied to first home buyers of all the costs they should expect with their loan would be a great idea. Grant was very imformative which was great but to have a piece of formal paper that has all your costs etc. on there(incl. how much you should have ready fro yuor deposit) would be a great iniative.

A little mor "beginners" information would not have gone astray, some of this process is simply quite overwhelming and we changed banks in the process a well to make matters more complicated.
Our consultant gave us the time and explained things to us a number of times over as we were first home buyers and the process was all new to us.
Answered all our questions. Investigated options to suit our entire financial situation rather than just the immediate loan. Found a loan that meant we could borrow 85% without paying mortgage insurance.
The bank did not appears to have a clear understanding of wht was requiresd of them. Not sure if this was to do with lack of communication etc??? But slowed things down a little
