Terry Azzopardi

Mortgage Broker 

After a 22-year finance career at a major bank, Terry became a mortgage broker in 2009. This extensive industry experience has helped him develop his own benchmark for excellence in client service.

Terry ensures that he accommodates each of his clients’ individual needs and lifestyles, providing open and regular feedback throughout the whole loan process.

“I ensure that every interaction I have with my clients is unique and caters for their own circumstances,” he explains. “I believe that there is no such thing as over-servicing.”

When asked what personal qualities he felt were essential in a good mortgage broker, Terry answered: “Transparency, honesty, trustworthiness and good time management and workflow. All qualities that I pride myself on.” 

A testament to the quality of Terry’s business are the referrals he receives from clients, business networks, family and friends. “My client care philosophy ensures that anyone can be comfortable in knowing I will take good care of any referral they pass my way.

“After many years of assisting everyday people achieve their dream of owning a home, I still get an absolute buzz from it,” he adds.

Terry operates a fully mobile broking business, predominantly in the west of Melbourne.

Joe offers his clients a wealth of experience, having worked in the finance and banking industry for 30 years. He is an incredibly organised, reliable and committed mortgage broker who always goes the extra mile for his clients.

“It is my goal that you have the best service experience possible,” says Joe. “I treat my clients’ loans as I would my own and I do whatever needs to be done to achieve a successful lending outcome.”

Joe believes passionately in providing an open and honest dialogue with his clients. He ensures he completely understands your lending needs to establish which loan package suits your situation. Equally, he works hard to ensure his clients fully understand the important elements of the loan and the lending process so they can make educated decisions.

“My knowledge of the lending products and services in the market today, combined with my ability to really understand where my clients are coming from, means I can get your loan structured correctly right from the outset,” he says.

Friendly and genuine, Joe prides himself on being completely dependable. “When I say I will do something, I will do it, simple as that,” says Joe. “You can count on me.”

Joe is happy to assist all borrowers, and is fully mobile in Melbourne’s west.
