Tracey is my broker of choice, she is professional, personable and very knowledgeable in all facets of lending. Tracey helped my save a lot of money with my current lender by reviewing my existing loan and helped me to negotiate a new interest rate which was a lot lower than i was currently paying, cannot thank her enough.
I have had the pleasure of dealing with Tracey for a few years now. I cannot recommend her enough, her professionalism, knowledge and warmth are unquestionable. She is always available to answer any question you may have, no matter how big or small. When it comes to attaining a mortgage, I wouldn't deal with anyone else.

From the outset Alan was very easy to work with. Nothing was too much trouble for him and the normally very stressful task of refinancing a mortgage was made really easy. Working with Smartline as opposed to working directly with any of the \'big four\' was definitely preferable. It\'s great that Allan comes to your house to discuss the best options for you. He has some great advice. Everyone in my family uses him for their mortgages and our first mortgage was done by him.
This time in fortunately after a week or so of waiting the loan documents were incorrect when I went to westpac to sign them. After that it took so long to rewrite them that I got fed up waiting . After 6 weeks of waiting I\'ve gone back to commonwealth bank and had my loan contracts printed on the same day. My gut feeling was to stay with cba and I was right in the end. Just wasted a lot of time finding that out.

The whole process took far to long, interest rates where no where near as low as originally told & there had been no rises that we had been told about & seem to be 2 ideas of the value of value of our house, so not enough money was borrowed. It was very stressfull time.

Tracey spent a large amount of time with our loan and getting our refinance, even to the extent of using a bank that from my understanding is not one that is generally used too often by smart line.
Collins Security was difficult to deal with. Applied for a mortgage in January took till May to complete and settle

Tracey was very uncontactable. If i called her, i would not receive any response for at least 5 days; and even with contact she was unable to provide me with any information. During the time of obtaining our home loan for our block of land (approx. 6 months), i would contact the real estate to find out how things were going, because tracey had no answers, and during the final weeks I contacted westpac myself to see if we had the loan. Fortunately, i did contact them because i personally needed to reapply for the loan because Tracey had gone on holidays and had not asked the loan to be extended. During this time we needed to contact Tracey and as she would not response to any of mobile or email or work phone contacts, we contacted SMARTLINE headquarters in melbourne to speak to Tracey's supervisor to see if they could get in contact with her. This experience was incredibly stressful and frustrating. My partner and i believed that this was a very straight forward process of obtaining a loan, next time we will be using someone who truly cares about their clients. We would appreciate if this feedback was past onto Tracey Kyle, so perhaps she can improve her customer service for the next unlucky investor.

I liked that when one lender didnt have the package I required , Tracey found something else that worked.
We had one concern during this loan application where we did not understand the Deposit Bond that was proposed by our advisor and this ended up costing us more than $150.00 and many days heartache as when we came to pay the deposit the vendor would not accept this method of payment. Lesson learned, but we could have avoided this if it was explained more clearly and if the advisor had reviewed the contracts in more detail.

My consultant was always able to answer questions, and was most helpful in preparing documents to be emailed to me as I am quite a distance from her office.
The only think I could comment on was the fact that I thought we were extending our original loan, not getting a new one. We liked the fact that we could email our consultant and get an answer straight away.
