Still hasnt sunk in Im a home owner I got in contact with Richard for some advice long before I even had any savings. He provided me with all the information and guidance I needed to get me onto the property ladder as a first home buyer - with absolutely no pressure. Richard is such an expert not only in finding the right lenders for you, but above all, sort out all that is needed in terms of documentation, etc, so you don't panic when time pressed with the market and lose opportunities because of application bounces.
