I first started working with Rich close to 8 years ago when I purchased my first property. I have continued to utilise his services since then on a number of occasions from purchasing another property to refinancing.

Still hasnt sunk in Im a home owner I got in contact with Richard for some advice long before I even had any savings. These days it’s hard to deal with people from any trade as most really don’t care about the consumer but I found with Richard that he always put that first. This is my second home loan with Richard. His quality of service was fantastic on both occasions.
After first discussion on our expectation, Richard provided us with few products in the market which satisfy what we were looking for. He not only provided us with comparison of products, but he also gave us an insight into the pros and cons of those products.

In our opinion, Richard went well above and beyond the duties of a mortgage broker. We further really appreciated the expertise he brought in the area of the property market, and was always willing and available to give market related advise on properties we were looking at.
If there was any room for improvement, it would be in having a bit of leverage with the bank to ensure formalities were taken care of in the most time efficient manner. Our settlement went through on time within a time frame that was really tight, so I still really happy with the end result.

This is the second time we've used Richard and will be using him again. He's made the whole process so easy and was always on call for any questions. I've also referred him to my sister who also used him for her mortgage.
Through the process of financing I have met several finance advisers,I could not relies on them and found Richard was really done everything professionally.He did study all the way which I can get through finance and selected best solution to go through.However at one point I was disappointing which is West pack bank granted me Pre approval based on my pay slips.But at the stage of unconditional approval grant,they rejected the finances.As finance consultant,Richard could have to study where is the point which could be disadvantage of the client.In my case , My pay slips says 102k annual income.Since I join to the company just before six month, bank assessed my income as 92k. That is some kind of initial work which Richard could have to be done. Then bank say about that issue he also told me your income is not 102k it is 92k. I provided him all my pay slips and so he could have to go through it rather than looking at figures on pay slip.But that time I have invested my money on land and builder as no doubt about granting finances.That is the point I was disappointing and that is why I rated him as 9. But apart from that He is really good person and reflected high standard professionalism through out his work.Finally he achieved my goal. I want to let him know this small thing as he can improve his career and specially when he works with his clients specially migrants to Australia they in the case of they don't have income history in Australia, pay bit of concern about current earnings before saying a word to the client. Finally he is good friend. He gave me lot of house ideas and arranging settlement agents and importantly when I'm out of Perth he did most of thing with me online and arranged sign docs online through bank etc..Wish good luck for his career.
